Residential Community

Community is a gathering of all the residents and is a process that allows them to express their feelings, deal with conflict, and/or deal with personality issues. Problem solving and acceptance are applicable in community. The long-term outcome for the residents is communication skills.


Residents are to eat three meals a day. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Residents are allowed two snack times a day, 3pm, 8pm.

Grocery shopping is done once a week by staff. Daily planning of meals is to be a healthy balance of a meat, vegetables, carbs and fruit. Well balanced meals are an important part of healthy living. Residents are responsible for the preparation and clean up of their own breakfast/lunch. Having a healthy breakfast includes toast, cereal, eggs, oatmeal, fruit, etc. Everyone eats breakfast!
